Hey all!
I have been working on my editing style and really trying to create my look! It's been such a roller coaster, and let me just say, creating actions can be tiring. I keep having to undo them and start over, or I'm not happy with the final out come (even though it might be the same workflow I've been using). Anyways, I have successfully created a few that I'm really happy with! I thought I would show them off a little bit. I have finally created a smooth skin tone action that I am very happy with! I have also created an eye action that I love along with a few other editing actions. I am not stopping there. I will continue to work and create other types of actions for my images, and for my business. I do love many of the ones that I have bought, but I want to continue to push myself to the limits.
Anyways here is the first example of my newest action. It is named after my nephew, Wyatt, whom I still have not gotten to meet (the joys of military life).
This is my adorable nephew! My sister is to thank for providing the image of him! I didn't tell her what I was planning, only that I required a few pictures of him. From there I have been creating this action, and let me say I am in love (not just because he's precious). When my sister saw the finished product she loved it! I try and incorporate the different styles that I love (vintage being one) into each action. This one is more of a clean crisp image without my normal vintage haze.
I don't know about you, but many times when I see an action I wonder how it will look on a different image. Sometimes I'll get an action and it looks horrible on my images, and I start to think that it's only going to look good on the image it was advertised on. Well just to show you that this action can be used on other images, here is another example, and my youngest daughter will be our model this time!
Now keep in mind these different images were taken by different people, in different lighting, and even in different countries, and both look great with this action!
I am going to post a few of these actions for free download. This is something I've never done before, so if for some reason the link doesn't work, please let me know. You can contact me either through my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/PfannPhotography or my email pfannphotography@yahoo.com
If this link doesn't work I'd really like to know so that I can get it working and share these actions. This download will include Smooth Skin, Wyatt, Eye Bright, and I'm even going to toss in the Canvas Texture image!
